Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service is available for patients and their families and carers as well as the general public. It is a confidential service and advice is completely impartial.

PALS service is here to:

  • provide information and advice about local health services
  • help resolve concerns and problems when they arise
  • help individuals access the complaints procedure if required
  • guide individuals towards other agencies where this is appropriate
  • receive comments, compliments and suggestions about local services
  • use patient feedback to influence change
