Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service is available for patients and their families and carers as well as the general public. It is a confidential service and advice is completely impartial.
PALS service is here to:
- provide information and advice about local health services
- help resolve concerns and problems when they arise
- help individuals access the complaints procedure if required
- guide individuals towards other agencies where this is appropriate
- receive comments, compliments and suggestions about local services
- use patient feedback to influence change
