About us

We are proud to provide NHS out of hours healthcare services across East Berkshire for a range of patient needs.  We provide urgent medical care when your doctors surgery is closed throughout Bracknell Forest, Slough, Windsor & Maidenhead and Ascot.

We run Primary Care Centres where you can see a GP for a face to face appointment at a time that’s convenient to you as well as Urgent Care Centres and Walk in Centres that allow you to be seen without an appointment for urgent but non-life -threatening situations.

East Berkshire Primary Care Out of Hours Service is available to those living across East Berkshire 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are focused on making sure that all our patients have access to the appropriate service for their needs and receive the best possible care.

Our Vision

At East Berkshire Primary Care, it is our vision to continue to deliver outstanding primary healthcare out of hours to the community of East Berkshire and beyond to enable people to live healthier lives through better access to primary care services.

Our care is focussed on clinical need, that means everyone is entitled to appropriate healthcare at any time of the day or night. Ensuring safe, effective, compassionate treatment is given in a primary care setting.

We work in partnership with the NHS to seamlessly integrate healthcare services to ensure all patients receive the best quality care, in the most appropriate environment for their needs, 365 days a year. Our main focus is the care of our patients and to ensure a smooth transition between the different services they may encounter.
