Would you like to have your say on your local NHS services?
Next week, Bracknell and Ascot Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are holding their AGM, which local residents are warmly invited to attend.
The meeting will he held on Tuesday 15th September at 4pm and will take place at:
Easthampstead Park Conference Centre,
Off Peacock Lane,
The CCG are interested in hearing from as many people as possible on topics including primary care, self-care and prevention, planned and un-planned care. There will also be an opportunity for you to learn more about these topics and ask any questions you may have. If you already know what you would like to ask or have anything that would like to raise in advance, you can email [email protected]. Please remember to put “B&A CCG AGM” in the subject field.
As well as the opportunity to have your say, you will also be able to speak with a number of other health, social care and voluntary organisations to find out what changes and developments are planned for the coming year. A number of interactive zones and stalls will also be available to pick up information and ask any questions.
You will also be able to find out how your local healthcare organisations have responded to public feedback and how they plan to tie this in with future projects and service delivery within the wider community.
If you would like to attend, but have difficulties getting there, a minibus will be available from Bracknell station. To book your place, call 01344 352002. If you are planning on attending, B&A CCG kindly request that you let them know by emailing Faiza Baig at [email protected]. Alternatively, you can call on 01753 636872.
The event is expected to go on until 18:45pm.
