St Marks UCC

Urgent Care Centre, Maidenhead

St Marks Hospital, Maidenhead has an Urgent Care Centre (UCC) which runs alongside the outpatients’ department and is staffed by highly trained nurses. The centre is run by East Berkshire Primary Care Out of Hours Service and provides a real alternative to Accident & Emergency for minor injuries and ailments. A limited x-ray service is also available.

Please note that the UCC can only provide treatment within 48 hours of injury or onset of symptoms.

Opening hours are:

  • 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday
  • 9.00am – 1.00pm Weekends
  • 9.00am – 1.00pm Bank Holidays

or alternatively

Call NHS 111 as with all non life threatening medical emergencies, they may then decide to send you to the UCC if it is convenient for you to access.
